Bob Dietz will demonstrate potting techniques on deciduous trees at the first meeting of the year. He will tell you when to re-pot, how to wire the trees in, the type of soil to use, and the after care. Bring in your own trees and pots if you have them, and learn all you need to know to transfer them successfully. Whether they are nursery plants in soil or trees already in bonsai pots, now is the time to get them into new bonsai pots. The society will provide soil , wire and the use of tools  to paid members, and Bob will have materials to sell.
